Your personal data

When you write to Isabel through the form, she receives what you enter (names, email, phone, date, venue, number of guests, message). This information is only used to reply to you and prepare your first meeting; it is neither sold nor used for advertising. Isabel Alcantara is responsible for this data.

Your enquiry reaches Isabel’s mailbox by email. A copy is kept for three months on the website’s server, in France (a country whose level of data protection Switzerland recognises), in case the email goes astray, then deleted automatically. AIRMEDIA, which manages the website, can access it for maintenance only.

To prevent mass submissions, the website counts the enquiries sent from the same connection over one hour; the connection address is never stored in readable form. Like any website, the server also keeps a technical log of visits, used by the host for security.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you may ask at any time to see, correct or delete it, by writing to isabel@unmariagedereve.ch.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The fonts are hosted on the website itself. The Wedding Talks interview is only loaded from YouTube (in “privacy-enhanced mode”) if you play it: YouTube’s privacy rules then apply.
