Wedding planning in Lausanne Keep the fun, leave me the work

Preparing your wedding should stay a pleasure. I take on whatever weighs on you, from a single supplier to find to the whole wedding, and on the day, all you have to do is live it.

Why a wedding planner

For you, the day of a lifetime. For me, a working day

What looks like a mountain to you, I have often seen before, and I know how to deal with it. That is what reassures my couples most.

  • Time for yourselves

    My little black book of suppliers saves you weeks of searching. I look for the ones who suit you, from the photographer to the venue.

  • An eye for detail

    Light, flowers, colours: a wedding also comes down to how it all works together, and I make sure it does.

  • Your loved ones stay guests

    Handing a big job to a friend is a “poisoned gift”: they spend the day organising instead of enjoying it. With me, your witnesses party with you.

  • The fun stays yours

    You keep what you love doing, even your home-made touches, and leave the rest to me.

My four packages

Choose what you hand over

01

Full planning

All you have to do is say yes.

For you if you are short of time, or would rather hand over everything from A to Z.

  • I suggest the venues;
  • I find the suppliers: caterer, florist, photographer or videographer, car, babysitter or children’s entertainment…;
  • I create the decoration design and plan the entertainment;
  • I organise and coordinate the big day.
02

Partial planning

A missing supplier, or a touch of magic.

For you if you are running your wedding in broad strokes, but one supplier is proving impossible to find.

  • I look, on your behalf, for the supplier who suits you;
  • I negotiate the price with them;
  • I add the touch your wedding was missing.
03

On-the-day coordination

You live the day, I keep to the schedule.

For you if you have prepared everything and simply want to live your day.

  • I go over the day’s schedule with you;
  • I welcome your guests and your suppliers;
  • I check the whole organisation to anticipate the unexpected;
  • and if something does come up, I sort it out without you even noticing.

I want to be there on the day at every one of my weddings: you don’t have to deal with anything, there is someone to step in if needed.

04

A helping hand

One day to get off to a good start.

For you if you want to organise it yourselves, with the right reflexes from the start.

  • how much wine to order;
  • the venue that truly suits what you have in mind;
  • how to negotiate with a supplier.

An example of my advice: a village hall that has to be fully furnished and decorated is “not necessarily a good idea”. A restaurant or hotel where everything is already there can work out cheaper in the end.

With every package, I can also design and create the decoration with you. Would you like a secular ceremony? I officiate those too.

On the day

Your conductor on the day

I am the link between all your suppliers, so they work together. In the morning, I set up the decoration delivered by the hire companies, wait for the florist to put the flowers on the tables, and always keep a bag within reach, hammer included, to fix whatever needs fixing.

My tip for group photos

A list of guests sorted into groups, a “crier” with a voice that carries, sometimes coloured numbers: group photos are done in a quarter of an hour for 60 to 70 guests, before everyone heads off to the drinks reception.
